interesting article on singles and demographics.

anyway, i'm kinda sad i didn't get to take a road trip at all this past summer.  it's always nice to hit the open road with some friends and come back with new shared experiences and inside jokes.  but my schedule is pretty flexible, so maybe i'll take that trip anyway.  i was thinking mcallen, texas...

why mcallen, texas?  i just heard it's nice this time of year.

mcallen is close to mexico and not far from the water. so it's basically the same as socal. i bet the carnitas are delicious too. they probably don't have any california burritos out there though - that's a pretty major dealbreaker.

i've been to mcallen too, for smi. if you're an american citizen, you can definitely get a wife there! philly is more fun though.
